How a parent can request deletion of their Moonion account and every piece of data tied to it.
Moonion accounts are always owned by a parent or guardian — a child never has separate login credentials (see our Privacy Policy). Deleting the parent account removes every child profile created under it, along with everything tied to those profiles.
There's no self-serve delete button in the app yet — every request is handled directly by our team. To request deletion:
We aim to complete every deletion request within 30 days of confirming it's you.

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Billing (and, in future, Apple's In-App Purchase system) — we never see or store your payment card details. Deleting your Moonion account does not cancel an active Play/App Store subscription or delete Google's or Apple's own transaction records; cancel the subscription separately from your Google Play or App Store account settings.
